• Belgium Waffle

    Ingredients

    5 LB Basis 2 ½ LB Basis
    Water 70-75˚F (variable) 12 cups 6 cups
    Belgium Waffle Mix 5 lbs 2 ½ lbs

Preparation Method

  1. Add half of the water to Belgium Waffle Mix. Mix using wire until smooth approximately 1 minute on low speed.
  2. Add balance of water while blending for 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape bowl. Continue to blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Rest batter for 10 minutes, and then stir batter down.
  5. Deposit batter on seasoned waffle baker.
  6. Bake approximately 3 ½ minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
  8. OPTIONAL: Add toppings (e.g. ice cream, fruit puree, maple syrup, honey) on top of the waffle.
