    Rice 3kg
    Water 5100ml
    Cooking Oil 15tbsp
    Chicken Rice Premix 240g (1 packet)

    Ingredients (Steamed Chicken)

    Chicken Parts 6-8 pcs
    Water 300ml
    Chicken Rice Premix 240g (1 packet)

Preparation Method (Chicken Rice)

  1. Add all ingredients into the cooking pot and mix well.
  2. Cook until done.
  3. Ready to serve.

Preparation Method (Steamed Chicken)

  1. Dissolve one packet (240 g) of Chicken Rice Premix into 300 ml of water to prepare marinade solution.
  2. Marinate the chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Steam the marinated chicken with high heat for 15-20 minutes or until cook.
  4. Ready to serve.
  5. OPTIONAL: Garnish with spring onion slices
