• Sambal Belacan Sauce

    Ingredients

    Water 1.2 L
    Sambal Belacan Sauce Mix 1 kg (1 packet)
    Cooking OIl 500 ml (40 tbsp)

Preparation Method

  1. Dissolve one packet (1 kg) of Sambal Belacan Sauce Mix into 1.2 L of water.
  2. Mix well with oil and bring to boil/cook.
  3. Ready to serve.
  4. OPTIONAL: Add fried anchovies and stir well before serve.
